Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or “no shows” to evaluations will be charged in full for your visit, while follow-up appointments will incur a $50 fee.
Appointment reminders: After you book your appointment, you will receive an email with all of the details and a link to add the appointment to your calendar. You will receive an email reminder the day before your appointment and an SMS text message reminder one hour before the appointment start time.

In-network with insurance. Out-of-network and self-pay $150.
